All e4Move bookings are subject to a strict 60-minute terminal standby window. If a passenger cannot be reached via text, call, or be at the designated STA-Desk within 60 minutes of actual flight landing or scheduled rail arrival, the booking is flagged as a No-Show and is non-refundable. Exceptions are made strictly for carrier-cancelled flights/trains or documented force majeure emergencies reported directly to our driver.
